It was revealed this week that Laura is set to open up her second restaurant with chef husband, Max Sharrad, and their business partner.

They’ll be opening up a restaurant called the Fugazzi Bar and Dining Room on Leigh Street in Adelaide.

‘Nido is all about what Max and I grew up eating,’ Laura told Broadsheet.

She added: ‘I like to think this new one will be a bit more of a flex. Somewhere you can dress up and make an occasion of it. It’ll be a bit more modern, a bit more sophisticated.’
