MasterChef fans’ FURY as it emerges Callum Hann has already won an all-stars season – and some claim he should have been ‘ineligible’ this year

Callum Hann is competing on MasterChef: Back to Win but this isn’t the first time the favourite has appeared in an all-stars season.

The 31-year-old chef, who finished as the runner-up on season two of the show, won the MasterChef Australia All-Stars series in 2012.

Fans are now claiming it’s ‘unfair’ that Callum is competing in the new season of the cooking show despite previously winning the program.

‘Callum is ineligible for MasterChef this year. He has already won an all-stars season [with] that snow egg. There I said it,’ one person tweeted.

‘I assume Callum’s name is on the trophy since he won all-stars in 2012,’ another one said.

One person wrote:’Are they totally going to erase that Callum has already won an All-Stars MasterChef season?’

‘MasterChef may be back to win this season but remember Callum came back for an all-stars season and won it,’ another commented.

While some opposed Callum’s position in the competition, other’s said he deserved to be there.

One commented: ‘Callum is a really really good cook and he came second and won All-Stars. He deserves to be here.’

The chef first appeared on season two of MasterChef in 2010 and placed in second after Adam Liaw.

He returned for the All-Stars season in 2012 and won the competition against Marion Grasby and Justine Schofield.

Interestingly, Network Ten failed to mention his previous win ahead of his return and a promotional trailer included Callum saying that he was coming back for ‘unfinished business’.
