Courtney Roulston may have been eliminated from MasterChef Australia: Back To Win but she’s still got her work cut out for her. 

The chef recently shared an Instagram Story snap of her media interview schedule – and it is hectic. 

The  39-year-old’s post-elimination radio interviews came thick and fast – at tiny ten minute intervals.

The interviews began at 6am, and Courtney showed the schedule through to 7.20, but there were more pages in the pile. 

She captioned the photograph: ‘I’m gonna be so sick of talking by the end of today’.   

It comes after Courtney revealed the one major flaw with MasterChef: the overly complex challenges.

Speaking to Krysti and Bodge on Hit North Mid Coast, she said the recipes were too complicated and included ingredients that were so obscure even experienced chefs would be left scratching their heads. 

‘I didn’t know what a boab was. I still don’t know what it is. Kohlrabi cones?’ said Courtney, who was asked to make a tricky prawn dish.  

Courtney explained that some of the methods were completely foreign to her, which heightened her stress levels during the cook-off.

‘I’d never put burrata through a siphon gun before… that’s why I took so long reading the recipe,’ she said.

‘I thought they gave me the Taiwanese version and I couldn’t actually understand it.’

Courtney came in fifth place on the second season of MasterChef Australia in 2010, before returning this year for the Back to Win season.
