‘I was never arrested, the police officers drove me to the hospital where I underwent surgery to remove the bullets,’ she added.

Canadian rapper Lanez, 27, was arrested Sunday morning around 4:30am after an altercation at the house party in the Hollywood Hills. He was charged with carrying a concealed weapon in his vehicle.

DailyMail.com has obtained video footage from the incident, where police were responding to call about five shots being fired, along with a description of an SUV driven by Lanez.

The footage shows Lanez, Stallion and an unidentified woman swarmed by cops and helicopters being told to put there hands up, though Stallion has stated that she was never arrested and was previously listed as a ‘victim’ in the incident.

Stallion also said in her statement that she felt ‘incredibly grateful to be alive and that I’m expected to make a full recovery.’

She went on: ‘but it was important for me to clarify the details about this traumatic night. I’m currently focused on my recovery, so I can return back to my life and back to making music as soon as possible.’

Stallion stressed in her statement the narrative of what was reported about the Sunday morning incident were ‘inaccurate’ once again saying she ‘was never arrested.’

In her caption for the post, she said: ‘This whole experience was an eye opener and a blessing in disguise. I hate that it took this experience for me to learn how to protect my energy.’
