Michael Turnbull conducts private inspection amid coronavirus

Former Bachelorette star Michael Turnbull is also the principal owner of Lowest Commission Real Estate.

And on Saturday, the 37-year-old took all precautions amid the coronavirus pandemic, while conducting a private inspection at a property in Brisbane.

Dressed in a black polo top and blue plaid trousers, the TV personality also wore a face mask and gloves.  

Michael added black leather dress shoes and a statement watch, as he set up for the private inspection.

He was seen mounting a welcome sign with the text ‘private inspection only’ and sprayed potential homeowner’s hands with sanitiser.

On Tuesday night, Prime Minister Scott Morrison banned public auctions and open inspections amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Private inspections, such as Michael’s, are still able to go ahead. 

‘In the retail space, auction houses, gatherings together in auction rooms, that can no longer continue, Morrison said in a press conference on Tuesday.

‘Real estate auctions and open house inspections – in particular, open house inspections – that cannot continue,’ he added. 

The restrictions come as the country continues to fight the spread of the deadly coronavirus. 

Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a respiratory illness accompanied by fever, coughing, sore throat, shortness of breath and fatigue. It can produce pneumonia.

The spread of the disease, which began in Wuhan, China, has seen over 590,000 cases worldwide and more than 27,000 fatalities.

As of March 28, the total number of people diagnosed with the virus in Australia is 3,573 including 14 deaths. 

Morrison has urged Australians to stay at home unless absolutely necessary, such as grocery and pharmacy trips.
