While most of America is under stay-at-home orders, Miranda Lambert and husband Brendan McLoughlin have picked up a home away from home: a new Airstream trailer.
The 36-year-old country star shared a photo on Instagram with her 28-year-old husband, a former NYPD police office, next to their 2020 Airstream, which sell for $112,000.
She revealed that, while she can’t go on tour this year thanks to COVID-19, she still plans on traveling with this trailer to see more of the country this summer.

‘Sunday thoughts. When people ask me questions about all the traveling I’ve done , my answer is pretty much the same every time. “I’ve been everywhere but I haven’t seen much of anything.”‘ Lambert began.
‘I’ve been touring for 19 years and most times we just roll in, play our show , and roll to the next town,’ she added.
‘I’ve only gotten to spend some real time in a few of the places I’ve been. After spending these last few months at home ( a much needed break and time to nest❤️) I realized something,’ she continued.

‘Just because I can’t travel and play shows doesn’t mean I can’t travel and make music,’ Lambert revealed.

She added that she’s been a ‘vintage trailer collector’ for several years, though this is the first new trailer she’s ever purchased.

The singer added she is ‘letting go of a few vintage to make room for adventure in this silver gem!’
‘I don’t like change but I’m learning to embrace it. Until I get get back on Elvira and tour, I’ll be pulling this rig all over the country,’ she said.
‘I know that seeing the world through the windshield again will bring creative vibes,’ she concluded, with the hashtags #highwayvagabonds #livinlikehippies and #BandMetour.

The singer was wearing a grey t-shirt, sunglasses and ripped jeans with a bandanna in her hair, as she put her arm around her husband.
McLoughlin was clad in a purple t-shirt, jeans, blue shoes and a black baseball cap while smiling alongside his wife.
Lambert also shared another photo of the trailer plus a brief video, showing her fans inside the trailer.
