Nadia Bartel made a discreet exit from a private hospital in Melbourne on Friday morning, possibly after undergoing a rhinoplasty.
The ex-wife of AFL legend Jimmy Bartel sported a bandage across her nose as she was guided by her mother to a waiting car.
Nadia, 35, attempted to keep a low profile as she climbed into the passenger seat and was driven back to her home in Alford Park.

The mother of two, who wore a black hoodie, khaki leggings and a pair of white trainers, covered her bandaged face with a surgical mask upon her return home.
It’s unclear what procedure she had done at the hospital, but Nadia has stated in the past that she ‘hates’ her profile and nose.
She told the Geelong Advertiser in a 2016 interview that she spends $150 every time she visits the hair salon so her wavy locks draw attention away from her nose.

‘I hate my profile and I hate my nose so I don’t like having my hair pulled back from my face,’ she said. ‘But I know I need to try new styles.’
Dr Naomi McCullum, a Sydney-based cosmetic surgeon who hasn’t personally worked with Nadia, told Daily Mail Australia: ‘That could be a post-rhinoplasty plaster.
‘If it is, good on her for not trying to hide her procedures. We love celebs who are transparent about their beauty treatments.’
Nadia and Jimmy announced their separation on August 15 last year, but they are believed to have actually split two months earlier.
The retired Geelong Cats star has since moved on with new girlfriend Lauren Mand, while Nadia is dating personal trainer Nathan Brodie.

Just weeks ago, in October, the fashion designer revealed she was now ‘at peace’ following the end of her five-year marriage.
She told the Herald Sun that she was using her time at home during Melbourne’s lockdown to slow down, focus on her health and fitness, and take care of her sons.
‘I think it’s been really a nice time to refocus and just almost sit and be at peace with things and just focus on that,’ she said.
Nadia, who runs the womenswear label Henne, also revealed that she and Jimmy have a co-parenting schedule in place for their young boys.
‘They spend time with Jim for one night a week and then another day, so they see him for a few days, and on those days it’s sort of handy because I can obviously get all my work done but apart from that they’ve been with me the entire time,’ she said.
