Nadine Coyle announces she has CANCELLED all her upcoming shows and public appearances amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic

Nadine Coyle has become the latest star to postpone all her upcoming performances and public appearances amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. 

The singer, 34, took to social media to confirm all her appearances would be cancelled for the foreseeable future as her main concern is the health of her fans. 

She wrote: ‘Hello Everyone. Due to the recent government, all of my upcoming work including live shows and charity events, have unfortunately been postponed.

‘Whilst I am so sad to tell you all this, my main concern is always ensuring the health and safety of everyone.

‘As soon as I have details for the rescheduled dates, I will  let you all know! Please stay safe and look after yourselves at this time. I will see you all soon. Lots of love.’

Some of Nadine’s upcoming shows that have been postponed include The Grand in Clapham on March 27 and a gig at the London Palladium on April 11.

Joining Nadine at the now axed Palladium show were Emili Sandé and The X Factor winners Rak-Su.

Meanwhile, The Rolling Stones recently confirmed they have cancelled their ‘No Filter’ summer tour due to the global coronavirus pandemic.

Releasing a joint statement to their band Instagram account, the group said: ‘We’re hugely disappointed to have to postpone the tour.

‘We are sorry to all the fans who were looking forward to it as much as we were, but the health and safety of everyone has to take priority. 

‘We will all get through this together — and we’ll see you very soon’ – Mick, Keith, Charlie and Ronnie.’

Last week, Celine Dion, 51, announced on her official Twitter account: ‘Céline Dion #CourageWorldTour dates postponed in North America. Show dates from March 24 through April 27, 2020 to be rescheduled. – Team Céline.’

The news came just one day after the Canadian superstar postponed two concerts because she is suffering from a cold. She reassured her fans that she did not have COVID-19.

Celine lead a long list of stars who have cancelled gigs amid the pandemic, which also included The Who, Madonna, Mariah Carey, Stormzy, Green Day and Mabel.
