She has been helping assist Sydney hospitals amid the coronavirus pandemic.
And now New Zealand Bachelorette Dr Lesina Nakhid-Schuster has expressed her desire to head home, so she can help out her native country and be closer to her family and friends.
‘I will be back home soon and keen to help out with the NZ COVID-19 response (after the required isolation period of course)!’ the 32-year-old said.

Dressed in a pair of dark blue scrubs while recording a video on Monday, the reality TV star said she planned to leave Australia the following day.
‘What a crazy development happening in New Zealand at the moment. Everywhere, actually. It means that I will probably be coming home tomorrow, because I don’t want to be stuck not at home.’
New Zealand has 155 confirmed COVID-19 cases, and the government is requiring all inbound citizens to self-isolate for two weeks.

‘False alarm.. I was going to head back home today but just need to tie up a few work obligations so that no one’s left uncovered here,’ she said.
This isn’t the first time Lesina has helped out in a crisis.
In January, she flew across the ditch to help Australia with the country’s bushfire relief efforts.
She even missed the season premiere of The Bachelorette NZ while offering medical assistance in New South Wales.

‘Doctors were needed to help out in some of the areas affected by the fires in Australia – so I put my hand up,’ she said at the time.
‘I’ll be working in Australia just for the week, but then I’ll be back. My heart lies in a few different areas, and I felt this was important. I hope everyone understands. But while I’m away keep me updated on what you think of the show!’
Lesina, who was born in the US and moved to New Zealand when she was one, previously lived in Australia for a year.
As well as being a doctor, she is also an occasional actress.
