Nicole Scherzinger does a headstand split while giving fans a glimpse inside her lockdown routine

She’s been isolating during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic with her rugby player boyfriend Thom Evans.

And Nicole Scherzinger showcased her impressive flexibility as she did a headstand split while giving fans a glimpse inside her daily lockdown routine at her Los Angeles home on Wednesday.

The singer, 41, looked incredible in pale blue gym gear as she took over the Pussycat Dolls’ official Instagram account for the day.

Nicole gave fans a hearty welcome as she revealed she would be running the girl group’s account that day.

And the React singer was sure to give followers a glimpse into how she spends a typical day while in COVID-19 lockdown.

Her fans were in for a treat as she showcased her flexibility while performing a headstand split as she shared her favourite workout routines.

Displaying her lean figure in a blue crop top and matching skintight leggings, the X Factor judge pulled off the manoeuvre with the help of a headstand support bench, often used during yoga training. 

As the star thrust her lean legs in the air, she then moved into the splits position  with ease, before repeating the movement again. 

As well as a headstand, Nicole also demonstrated a number of work out moves as she showed just how she keeps her trim figure in shape. 

At the start of the video, Nicole revealed she had not long woken up and had made herself coffee and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast. 

She also showed off her collection of gongs and her singing bowl, before enjoying a spot of meditation.

She then worked up a sweat on the treadmill before showcasing her flexibility.

Nicole also gave fans a look at her wonderful view as she panned the camera around to see the beautiful sunrise over LA. 

She ended her takeover with a message of hope for her followers, encouraging them to stay strong and stay positive during the lockdown.

Nicole has been self-isolating with her rugby player boyfriend Thom during the pandemic.

The couple recently uploaded a hilarious clip of themselves performing a dance routine to The Pussycat Dolls’ hit Buttons in which they switched outfits.

Nicole and Thom were spotted jetting out of London earlier this month despite the UK coronavirus lockdown.

The American singer and former rugby player were pictured outside Gatwick Airport wearing face masks amid the global pandemic.

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) has advised that all ‘non-essential’ travel abroad should be avoided until at least April 15.

The couple, who confirmed their relationship last year, divide their time between Nicole’s Los Angeles home and London.

Nicole and Thom had previously been self-isolating in London amid the UK coronavirus lockdown.
