She went makeup-free for the session and left her raven tresses down, letting her wavy locks cascade over her shoulders.

The loved-up pair were also seen completing a few reps of couples’ pull-ups in the gym, with Tom smiling at his girlfriend as they nailed every lift.

According to reports, Nicole is trying for a baby with her beau Thom after less than a year of dating.

A friend told The Sun: ‘Thom told pals he’s been taking supplements to boost fertility.
‘Nicole and Thom are ridiculously loved-up, and have had serious conversations about everything from marriage to babies.’
The couple met in September last year when Thom competed in The X Factor: Celebrity, where Nicole appeared as a judge.
