Normal People’s Paul Mescal shows off his hunky physique in a T-shirt and shorts as he goes for jog

He left fans swooning after being spotted out on a shirtless jog over the weekend.

And Paul Mescal kept up his fitness routine on Thursday, as he headed out in the sunshine to his local park for a run in London.

The Normal People star, 24, wore a grey T-shirt which rippled over his toned body, teamed with a pair of white sports shorts.

He also sported a pair of black running shoes, however he appeared to be without his beloved silver chain, which has become a fan-favourite after the BBC show aired. 

The original chain, which he has since gifted to his co-star Daisy Edgar-Jones, has its own Instagram account and a following of 169,000 people. 

Before heading out on a run, Paul was seen accepting a parcel at his flat wearing a pair of full-length pyjamas. 

The actor was seen answering the door wearing the unbuttoned pyjama set, revealing his muscular torso underneath. 

Paul later emerged wearing his fitness gear as he headed to the park.
