Paris Hilton kicks off red carpet glamour in $4K Philipp Plein dress on night two of MTV Awards

Hotel heiress-turned-reality TV icon Paris Hilton lead the stars on the red carpet of inaugural MTV Movie & TV Awards: Unscripted, which airs Monday night on MTV.

The 40-year-old bride-to-be went bra-less beneath a $4,410 Philipp Plein plunging yellow ‘Artemis Crystal’ mini-dress and silver slingback heels.

Paris made sure to flash her emerald-cut engagement ring by Jean Dousset from fiancé Carter Reum while posing outside the Hollywood Palladium for the two-night ceremony.  

Hilton built her fame and empire after co-starring in The Simple Life, which aired from 2003-2007 on Fox/E!, alongside her childhood pal Nicole Richie.

The This Is Paris podcaster will serve presenting duties for Unscripted, which will be hosted by Nikki Glaser.

Paris announced last Wednesday that she will next televise her journey to the altar in Peacock’s 13-part docuseries, Paris In Love.

Paris In Love will cover the entire process from bridal gown to venue to bachelorette bash as viewers witness ‘a personal side of Hilton that only her closest friends and family get to see.’ 

The 40-year-old M13 co-founder – who won’t appear in the reality show – proposed to the I Blame You songstress on February 17 while vacationing on a private island.

Paris and Carter – who’ve already undergone the egg extraction procedure for IVF – just celebrated their 17-month anniversary as a couple on April 29.

Hilton and Reum originally went public with their whirlwind romance on January 5, 2020 while canoodling at the Warner Bros. and InStyle’s Golden Globes after-party.
