The footage seen from another angle shows how close the car was to hitting the pedestrian.
The pedestrian, who is wearing a face covering, gloves and a checked shirt is walking down the street when the car starts accelerating towards her.
She stayed calm, lifting one of her arms up to get it out of the way of the moving vehicle.
