Pete Evans lists his Sydney home for $3.2million as he moves to Byron Bay to open a ‘healing clinic’

Disgraced celebrity chef Pete Evans is saying goodbye to Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

The anti-vaxxer, 47, has listed his Malabar mansion for sale, just months after selling his former home across the street.

Pete and his wife, Kiwi glamour model Nicola Robinson, 42, will auction off the five-bedroom property next month, with a buying guide of $3.2million.

The sale comes as the couple prepare to relocate to Byron Bay, where Pete is set to open a ‘healing clinic’ in the coming weeks.

The two-storey home, which Pete and Nicola only finished building 18 months ago, boasts an open plan living area, three bathrooms and a double garage.

It also features an alfresco entertainment room and a hotel-inspired master bedroom complete with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.

Unsurprisingly, the property features an exquisitely designed kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and a luxurious Caesarstone benchtop.

Pete also made sure to include unique features that one might expect from a controversial ‘wellness guru’.

These include an infrared sauna, tea room, heated magnesium swimming pool, ozone spa, fluoride-free water facilities, and solar panels.

Outside is a custom-built skate ramp, as well as a herb garden.

‘Intuitively crafted for openness, flow and sustainability, this sprawling double-storey design features distinct family, social and relaxation zones, with a bespoke chef designed kitchen at its heart,’ reads the property listing.

Meanwhile, the conspiracy theorist is preparing to open his Evolve Health Labs clinic in Australia’s hippie capital of Byron Bay.

According to the company’s Instagram account, the clinic will offer ‘transformational practices’ such as ‘cold and conscious breath-work’ and ‘cryotherapy’.

Pete owns a farm just a short drive from Byron Bay, and has been self-isolating on the property with his family for much of the COVID-19 pandemic.
