A commercial kitchen, ocean views and a backyard pool: MKR’s Pete Evans finally sells Malabar property for $2.76 million after two failed sales

Pete Evans has sold his Malabar home, in Sydney’s coastal south east.

The celebrity chef sold the five-bedroom property for $2.76 million, The Daily Telegraph reports. 

The home had been up for sale twice before, in 2017 and in 2019, but failed to sell each time.

The My Kitchen Rules star bought the property for $1,440,000 in 2014, and made a tidy profit on the home. 

The spacious abode features a modernist facade and boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms.  

The house’s interior is characterised by a sleek and contemporary design and an open-plan casual living space.

Pete also added a backyard pool to the space when he renovated the property.

The chef shared the home with his wife Nicola Robinson, who he married in 2016.
