Phoebe Burgess tells fans self-isolation isn’t so bad

Phoebe Burgess has been keeping her Instagram fans updated on her self-isolation activities during the coronavirus pandemic.

And in an Instagram post on Sunday, the former journalist was pictured nestling in close to her daughter Poppy, three, at her family’s Southern Highlands estate.

Alongside a number of playful black and white photos, the 30-year-old said isolation is ‘not so bad’, urging her followers to stay home and ‘find the beauty in being still’.

‘Isolation’s not so bad… #StayHome and find the beauty in being still, being in one place, with you,’ Phoebe began.

The former WAG went on to reveal that she has been ‘laughing more’ with daughter Poppy, as they play doctors and nurses, bake cookies, feed horses and watch Frozen.

‘We make a mess painting, we make a mess LEGO-ing, Billy (her son) makes mud pies in the dog bowl, and instead of my usual heart palpitations, we just make more mess.

‘Time is now my friend. I’ve stopped trying to beat her, chase her or catch up with her. Stay home and learn who you are when you can’t hide behind the daily grind and the routine of the rush,’ she continued.

In the pictures, the brand ambassador wore a designer sweater with crystal drop earrings, and styled her blonde locks into a sleek style at the nape of the neck.

Just a day prior, Phoebe took part in the latest Instagram challenge – ‘haute couchture’ – created by fashion ‘it’ girls Nadia Fairfax and Montarna Pitt.

Phoebe opted for a high-neck, floral Zimmermann frock, with ruffle detail at the bust.

The dress was somewhat similar to Kim Kardashian’s infamous Met Gala gown, and Phoebe joked online about how she blended in nicely with the family’s floral couch.

Striking a number of playful poses, the mother-of-two styled her blonde locks out and straight, added a slick of red lipstick, and statement crystal drop earrings.
