A dog-loving photographer has captured adorable photos of some very excited pooches bracing themselves for a well deserved treat.
Liz Gregg, 47, from Herne Bay in Kent has perfected a technique of capturing the canines at their funniest moment naming the project Snap Catch.
The photographer explained she tosses a dog treat in the air to get the hungry pooches excited and then, using a fast-shutter speed, snaps away at the hilarious hounds.
She said: ‘My high-speed flash captures the action, and the expressions on the dogs’ faces are priceless. I find it quite addictive, and totally joyous.’
Liz has spent most of her career snapping celebrities, musicians and sports stars. But she realised her favourite shots were of her collie poodle Jeanie, as she loves dogs as much as photography.
‘I love bonding with them, playing with them, training them… and yes photographing them.’
