Pink is one of several celebs using their platform to raise awareness over the coronavirus pandemic.

She took to Instagram Monday to show off the schedule she drew up for her brood with daughter Willow to help the time pass.

The 40-year-old sat with her daughter in their kitchen, where the multi-colored chart was displayed.

She pointed to the bottom and said: ‘That’s her favorite. Bedtime can be nine… if all kids follow schedule and don’t fight. Yay!’

P!nk (whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore) then started back at the top: ‘So, we wake up before nine, and then we go on our morning walk if we can, yoga if it’s raining.’

The day also includes academic time, creative time, lunch, chore time, quiet time, afternoon fresh air, dinner, free TV time.

She continued: ‘Academic time is now. So, she’s got this cool new game on her iPad. And then we’re gonna get some afternoon fresh air, then dinner, then free TV time, which she’s very excited about.’

The Hurts 2B Human artist then panned over to Willow, adding: ‘And then bedtime at eight or nine, depending on if you don’t fight with your brother. Right?’

The eight-year-old then nodded and stepped out of the frame as her mother laughed.

P!nk also asked for some book recommendations, as the one she was reading was ‘a little too depressing for quarantine.’

She concluded: ‘I love you all. We’re gonna get through this. Just if you can, stay home. No play dates. Just stay home, please. I love you.’

The Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle star shared a Newsweek op-ed the day before about the dangers of young people going out during the pandemic.
