Police concern grows for missing girl, 14, as temperatures plunge overnight

Police are growing increasingly concerned about the safety of a 14-year-old girl who went missing yesterday. 

Kaiya Emmonds, 14, was last seen at 6.05pm yesterday in the Bessacarr area of Doncaster. 

South Yorkshire Police said they are growing increasingly concerned for her safety. 

Kaiya Emmonds, 14, was last seen at 6.05pm yesterday in the Bessacarr area of Doncaster.

The temperature in the area is expected to fall to 4 Celsius before dawn. 

According to South Yorkshire Police: ‘She was last seen wearing black Nike trainers, black jeans with rips in and a black puffa-style jacket with fur on the hood and an orange lining.

‘Kaiya is described as being 5ft 5ins tall, of slim build, with long blonde hair.’ 

A spokesperson added: ‘Have you seen Kaiya? Do you know where she might be? Please call 101 quoting incident number 750 of 4 November 2020.’
