Pregnant Binky Felstead shows off her baby bump in a sports bra as she enters her second trimester

She revealed on Boxing Day that she is pregnant with her second child.

And Binky Felstead took to Instagram to show off her baby bump for the first time on Wednesday, displaying her new shape in a sports bra and leggings. 

The Made In Chelsea star, 30, said she has ‘started to pop’ while confirming she has now entered her second trimester – and admitted her relief that the ‘nausea and constant tiredness’ of the first 13 weeks of pregnancy has passed.

Alongside her sporty snap, Binky gushed over her blossoming pregnancy figure as she wrote: ‘Wow this has really started to pop!! 

‘First trimester out the way thank goodness, and out comes the maternity leggings that I feel I’m going to live in for the foreseeable! Luckily all my jumpers & cardies are baggy anyway.’

Binky – real name Alexandra – explained that with the excitement of pregnancy comes ‘nerves’, particularly when she has a ‘scan or any random aches and pains’.

It comes after she businessman fiancé Max Darnton, 30, sadly suffered a miscarriage earlier this year just before she reached the 12-week mark in her pregnancy.

Binky added: ‘Obviously hugely excited, and with that comes some nerves – especially every time we go for a scan or have any random aches and pains. (I’ve banned myself googling what those might mean)

‘Relieved the nausea and constant tiredness has passed and feeling more myself again even if there are some emotions bouncing about & weird food cravings!… Currently taking down 6 butter soaked, Marmite crumpets a day!

Binky is already mother to India, three – her daughter with ex-partner and former Made In Chelsea co-star Josh Patterson, 31, – and is now expecting her first baby with fiancé Max. 

The reality star revealed she is set to welcome a second child in a sweet Instagram post on Boxing Day.

She shared a stunning gallery of images as she debuted her growing baby bump, while standing with her partner and little girl.

In the photographs, Binky cut an elegant figure in a plunging pink maxi dress, which perfectly hugged her growing stomach as she cradled her bump.   

Alongside the snaps, Binky wrote: ‘BIG SISTER ALERT!!! We are so thankful and excited that our family will be growing in 2021! India gets her new title of ‘Big Sister’… which she’s already very proud of!

‘2020 has been a real personal rollercoaster with some huge ups and some lows. We are so excited, happy and thankful for what is to come! Here’s to 2021’.  

Meanwhile, daughter India beamed as she held up a selection of ultrasound scans.

In October, Binky revealed she suffered a miscarriage earlier this year, taking to Instagram to post an emotional message to her followers.

The TV personality was expecting with fiancé Max but sadly miscarried at the 12 week mark, leaving the couple ‘heartbroken’.

She wrote: ‘I’ve thought long and hard about doing this post, but I felt that if I can pass on any warmth, comfort or help to anybody in the same position – well that would be great. It’s only fair that I share some of my ‘downs’ as well as my ‘up’ moments.

‘Today would have been my 18 week mark, but sadly we had an early miscarriage just before 12 weeks. Not only was this heartbreaking for us, but it also came as such a shock to me.

‘I hadn’t realised until then how blessed I was with having such a relatively straight forward pregnancy with India – I’ll admit I was naive enough to assume the next one would be as straightforward, but I had two early scans as I was concerned I was bleeding. 

‘They found a very strong heartbeat. However, on the third scan I was told “I’m afraid there’s no heartbeat”.I was told by my doctor that 1 in 4 pregnancies miscarry (not that statistics make it any easier!) 

‘With 82% of my following being women – that means roughly 237,800 women ‘following’ me could (or have) experienced the same, which is just so sad.

‘When speaking to a few close friends about our situation, we learned that some of them too have had miscarriages in the past. I asked them why they’ve never said anything, and they just said they felt they couldn’t, or shouldn’t talk about it. Almost like it’s a taboo subject, which is heartbreaking.

‘If you have been through this, I hope you are giving yourself time to mentally and physically heal and do what you need. I keep reminding myself that there was nothing I could have done, and perhaps this was nature’s way of saying that for whatever reason, this little soul wasn’t ready for the world. Sending so so much love .

‘I later learned that @miscarriageassociation is available to help anyone who has/is experiencing this. It’s a national charity that provides support and information for anyone who’s affected by miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy, this includes both women and men.

Binky gave birth to India in June 2017 and split from JP just over a year later in September 2018, citing that it was ‘unfair’ on India for the couple to stay together. 

Binky found love again with Max and the couple announced that they are engaged to be married after 19 months of dating in September earlier this year. 

She revealed the good news via Instagram as she shared a picture of her kissing the businessman, 31, while holding up her hand to show off the sparkling diamond ring.

Gushing about the proposal, which took place after he asked her daughter, for permission to pop the question, she wrote: ‘The easiest ‘Yes’ EVER! 

The pair have been going strong ever since meeting at separate parties at private members’ club Soho Farmhouse in January 2019.
