‘I’m hoping this gestational diabetes has something to do with how I’m feeling… the reason I’ve posted this … the truth is I’m not going to sugar coat how I’m feeling because I’d be lying to you all..

‘I show you all how fabulous everything is in my life… some days are so down & you ask me how and why I look so good all the time .. well the truth is it isn’t all fabulous…

‘But I’m feeling guilty for feeling like this I’m so blessed lucky and soooo positive normally. Feeling like this is sooo hard.

‘It’s mentally & physically stressful, I have so much ahead of me so much to do, my anxiety is taking over! I’m trying so hard to snap myself out of it but the only thing snapping me out of it is knowing there’s only 9 weeks left until we get to meet our angel …

The TV stars have celebrated many milestones in recent weeks, as they announced their expecting their first child together in August and confirmed their engagement in September.

Charlotte took to Instagram to share the news after her beau got down on one knee in front of Les’ statue at Memorial park in Lancashire.

The funnyman passed away from a heart attack in 1993 aged just 62 when she was just eight months old.

This comes as Charlotte slammed a vile troll who ‘wished her a stillbirth’ on Wednesday, after she posted sweet photos of her baby bump.

In the snaps, the Ex On The Beach star was seen sitting by her Christmas tree, with her top lifted up to showcase her bare baby bump.

Charlotte looked radiant as she posed in blue pyjamas for the stunning snaps, captioned: ‘Soz not soz.. I’m more comfehhh with my baba bumpilious out.’

However the star was left devastated when a troll commented: ‘Let’s pray for a stillbirth’ on her post.

The star called out the troll on her Instagram page, posting the comment with the caption: ‘Comments in my post like this, what the actual f***. Disgusting.’

On Thursday she also posted an emotional video where she revealed her mother had experienced a tragic stillbirth before she was born, making the vile comment even more hurtful.

She said: ‘Thank you for all your messages about that bl***y awful comment last night

Last month Charlotte decided to take a break from Instagram due to incessant trolling, and admitted she ‘used to be able to handle it’.

Charlotte’s post read: ‘I need a little break off here. I’m sick of the negativeness I’m getting.

‘There’s some awful comments, people hiding behind fake accounts and messages I’m receiving. I used to be able to handle it but being pregnant it gets you down.

‘In the meantime I want to help people at the foodbanks etc, please fi anyone knows more info send me on here… and also if anyone is raising money and helping. Send me the links. X’

The make-up artist then shared a poem sent to her by a friend describing the qualities of people named Charlotte, including being ‘genuine, down-to-earth, happy and trustworthy.
