She was treated to an at-home spa by daughters Alaia, six, and Valentina, three, earlier this week after suffering from intense morning sickness during her third pregnancy.
And Rochelle Humes continued to enjoy quality time with her little girls as the trio attempted a family Pilates class at their Essex mansion for a live Instagram session on Thursday morning.
The TV presenter, 31, hid her burgeoning baby bump behind a baggy brown vest top and sports leggings as she performed the light exercise routine wither her adorable little ones.

Speaking directly to camera, Rochelle said: ‘Good morning everybody, I’ve got two kids with me today so I’m not sure how this is going to work out but we will see.
‘In a minute I might have to get Marv to remove children from the situation but we will see how it goes.’
Turning to speak to Alaia and Valentina who were excitedly waiting in the background she asked: ‘Are you two going to join in and be good?’

They both excitedly agreed to behave before Alaia, dressed in a white tracksuit ensemble, and Valentina, still in her pyjamas, joined Rochelle’s regime.
It comes after the girls treated Rochelle to a luxury at-home spa day on Monday.
Documenting the sweet gesture on Instagram stories, the former The Saturdays star revealed her pampering session included a pregnancy massage, a facial and fresh juice upon request.
After having returned to bed earlier in the day after suffering with another bout of sickness, Rochelle was in for a treat after her girls surprised her with a day of bliss.

The sweet video saw Rochelle read a handwritten sign which read: ‘Alaia and Valle’s spa feel good pregnancy massage.’
The sign then listed a host of treats Rochelle had in store including: ‘Fresh fruit and snacks, a 40 minute pregnancy massage, a 31 minute feel-good facial and fresh juice upon request.’
The adorable spa saw a massage table set up, with husband Marvin, 35, on hand to act as the masseuse.
While a table was laid out with a candle, a towel and Rochelle’s favourite face mask by Shane Cooper.

The singer squealed with delight as she hugged her girls, branding them ‘the nicest little ladies on the planet.’
Rochelle then shared a clip of Valentina and Alaia rubbing her feet and she relaxed on the bed.
The This Morning presenter and DJ and JLS star husband Marvin Humes, 35, announced they were expecting their third child together, a baby boy, earlier this month on Easter Sunday.
Rochelle and Marvin have been together since meeting in their respective band days and got married at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire in July 2012.
