Pretty Little Liars star Sasha Pieterse welcomes firstborn son Hendrix with husband Hudson Sheaffer: ‘we are absolutely in love with him’
Pretty Little Liars star Sasha Pieterse has just become a mother.
The 24-year-old announced on Instagram this Friday that she gave birth to her firstborn son Hendrix on November 6.
Sasha, who shares her baby with her husband Hudson Shaeffer, wrote in her caption: ‘One week ago today our lives changed forever.’

She revealed: ‘After 27 hours of labor Hendrix Wade Sheaffer made his grand entrance on November 6th at 5:39am weighing in at 7lbs 14oz and 20.5 inches tall.’
Alongside a picture of baby snoozing peacefully on a shag blanket she wrote: ‘We are absolutely in love with him and we still can’t believe he’s ours.’
Her little bundle of joy was sleeping in front of a wooden plaque that read: ‘HENDRIX WADE’ as well as a charming stuffed dog.
Sasha went public with her pregnancy by showing off her baby bump in a black and white Instagram snap she posted this May.

The announcement came on her second wedding anniversary with Hudson, who could be seen in the snap kissing her belly.
At the time the Johannesburg-born actress gushed in her caption that ‘we will be welcoming a precious little human this October!’
She was luckily able to get pregnant despite suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome, which she has been candid about through the years.
‘Just the fact that we were able to get pregnant was such a blessing because with PCOS that made me nervous. A lot of women have fertility issues and so we were expecting more difficulty, so it’s been an absolute blessing that we were able to just get pregnant by ourselves,’ she told People this summer.

‘My hormones have been balancing out, so it’s actually been a good thing [in that regard]. And I’m hoping that this will maybe even help in the future too,’ she added.
Sasha married her dashing husband in May 2018 at the Victorian-era Castle Leslie Estate in County Monaghan, Ireland.
Castle Leslie was built in the early 1870s for Sir John Leslie, 1st Baronet, who served as a Conservative MP during successive Governments of Gladstone and Disraeli.
It famously played host to the wedding of Paul McCartney and his second wife Heather Mills, she of the prosthetic leg and $48.6 million divorce settlement.
