She’s been using Pilates to stay in shape while at home in lockdown. 

And on Saturday, Rebecca Judd treated herself to a well-deserved burger for lunch.

The 37-year-old AFL WAG posed for a photo with her meal in its paper bag on Instagram, and directed her caption to her fans living around her neighbourhood of Brighton, Melbourne.

‘Baysiders, this post is for you. The Royale Brothers, Lickings Fine Ice-Cream and Pantry Brighton have reopened for takeaway,’ she wrote in support of the local businesses.

‘Please practice social distancing when picking up and Bon Appetit,’ Bec added.

Meanwhile on her Instagram story, the mother-of-four showed off her meal – a juicy burger with cheese and no onion and a side of fries.

-A bag of $5.50 Ferrero Rocher Eggs

-Two bags of $13.95 chocolates from Melbourne-based artisan Hey Tiger, in  sherbet and popping candy flavour and caramelised popcorn

– A $7 bag of Cadbury Caramilk eggs, which she said she bought ten bags of

– A $2 Whittaker’s Coconut Slab 

It comes after she recently showed off an array of indulgent chocolate treats in her fridge on Friday.

Bec revealed that she keeps bags of goodies in her fridge, including $5.50 Ferrero Rocher Eggs, two bags of $13.95 chocolates from Melbourne-based artisan Hey Tiger, a $7 bag of Cadbury Caramilk eggs, and a $2 Whittaker’s Coconut Slab. 

She said the Caramilk eggs are her ‘all-time faves’ and she ‘bought ten bags’ of them because they ‘taste like fudge.’    

Although Bec allows herself to the occasional treat, she is an avid fitness enthusiast and exercises daily.

Earlier in the week, she revealed that while in lockdown amid the COVID-19 pandemic, she has been keeping in shape at home with a 25 minute Pilates workout from Keep It Cleaner. 

She said she has been doing the program daily and shared with fans a demonstration of the exercises to Instagram page on Thursday. 

‘I want to come out of iso stronger and fitter than I’ve ever been, and it’s working,’ she said.

Rebecca previously explained her diet to Daily Mail Australia, saying that while it’s rather relaxed she always has a healthy dinner.

Speaking about her day on a plate, she said she enjoys muesli for breakfast, focaccia for lunch, and meat and vegetables for dinner. 

‘Breakfast is usually muesli and a strong latte,’ she said.

‘Lunch I’ll grab my fave brown rice sushi or a focaccia, yum!’

The radio presenter said that for dinner, she and her AFL star husband Chris Judd, 36, typically tuck into fish or meat with vegetables.
