Rebecca Judd protests the ‘un-Australian’ ban on barbecues in her local council area after just THREE complaints were made

Rebecca Judd is furious that her local council in Melbourne’s south-east is considering a ban on barbecues, after just three complaints were made.

The footy WAG, 37, said on the 3pm Pick-Up on Tuesday that she couldn’t believe it only takes a few objections to challenge a local law in Victoria.

Hitting back at the proposed ban, she argued that having a ‘barbie in your backyard’ is a significant part of Australia’s laid-back culture.

‘I’m going to go on the website and do their survey [on the potential ban]. I’m going to object!’ she declared.
