Rebecca Judd works hard for her trim figure and isn’t afraid to show it off. 

And on New Year’s Day on Friday, the 37-year-old AFL WAG did exactly that. 

The mother-of-four flaunted her incredible physique as she stripped off to a tiny lilac bikini, posing up for a racy mirror selfie in her $7.3million Melbourne mansion.

The former model looked trim and toned in her two-piece, which featured a ribbed material and high-cut briefs.  

Bec showed off a soft golden glow and wore her dark locks out and over her shoulders. 

She wore a chic pair of white cat-eye sunglasses and pulled a cheeky pout face at the camera.

‘It’s a cardio workout where the music blares, the coach just feeds you balls, you do awesome drills with lots of running and it’s 60 minutes that goes so quickly,’ Bec has previously told News.com.au, saying she plays for two hours, twice a week.

‘It’s the only exercise I’ve ever done in my life where I look at my watch and I go, ‘damn it, there’s only 10 minutes left,”whereas usually I when I’m exercising I’m always watching my clock wanting it to be over.’

The TV and radio presenter previously told Daily Mail Australia about her diet, saying that while it’s rather relaxed, she always has a healthy dinner. 

Speaking about her day on a plate, Bec said she enjoys muesli for breakfast, focaccia for lunch, and meat and vegetables for dinner.

‘Breakfast is usually muesli and a strong latte,’ Bec told Daily Mail Australia.

‘Lunch I’ll grab my fave brown rice sushi or a focaccia, yum!’

Bec said that for dinner, she and her AFL star husband Chris Judd, 37, typically tuck into fish or meat with vegetables.
