Rita Ora enjoys a bike ride with Russell Crowe and his girlfriend Britney Theriot in Sydney

British singer Rita Ora has been spending time in Australia to fulfil her commitments for The Voice. 

And on Wednesday, it was Kiwi-Australian actor and Hollywood star Russell Crowe who showed her the sights of Sydney with a scenic bike ride around the harbour. 

Russell, 57, and his American girlfriend Britney Theriot, 30, took Rita for a scoot around town, with Rita, 30, flashing her washboard abs in a crop top on the outing. 

The Anywhere singer looked flawless in a black crop top and high-waisted leggings.  

She showed off a dark tan on the outing, which was accentuated by layers of gold jewellery around her neck and wrist. 

Rita teamed the look with a white pair of trainers, a black pair of sunglasses and a white helmet, putting safety first.  

She piled her belongings into a black Nike duffle bag which she wore on her back.

Gladiator star Russell meanwhile opted for a sporty ensemble which consisted of a black Polo Ralph Lauren shirt, black shorts and black sneakers.

He showed off his shaggy beard on the outing. 

His new girlfriend Britney showed off her trim figure in a pair of printed leggings and a fitted black singlet. 

The trio enjoyed riding around Sydney Harbour and appeared in good spirits as they mixed socialising and exercise on the outing. 

Russell took charge on the day and led the girls around, showing them the sights of the city. 

According to The Daily Telegraph, The Voice Australia has officially wrapped production.  

The finale was shot on Sunday at Carriageworks in Sydney, with coaches Rita, Guy Sebastian, Keith Urban and Jessica Mauboy in attendance.

In contrast to the rumours that typically follow The Voice, insiders say the celebrity judges all got along ‘swimmingly’ this year. 

Now that her filming commitments have been completed, Rita is expected to return to England in the coming weeks. 

Last month, Rita revealed how happy she was to be joining the line-up of Channel Seven’s talent competition.

‘I’m really grateful to have been invited here to be a part of The Voice this year,’ she said at the time. 

‘I can’t wait to be able to mentor the amazing talent out here,’ she added.

‘Australia is home to some of my favourite musicians and writing partners I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.’

Rita was previously a coach on the British version of The Voice in 2015, and has also held similar roles on The X Factor and The Masked Singer.

Russell meanwhile is grieving the death of his father, John Alexander Crowe.

Heartbroken Russell announced his father’s death last Tuesday, describing him as the ‘most gentle of men’ in a series of tweets. 

John died on a regional Qantas flight from Sydney to Coffs Harbour, despite airline crew desperately trying to keep him alive.

The Cinderella Man star wrote of his father’s death: ‘I arrived back in the bush last night. Today, although the sun is shining and the torrential rain has abated, this date will forever be tinged with sadness.

‘My dear old man, my beautiful dad, the most gentle of men, has passed away. 

‘I’m posting this because I know there are people all over the world who’s heart he touched and who’s ribs he tickled with his sparkly eyes and his cheeky attitude to everyone, and everything, and this is probably as efficient a method as any to pass on the news.’

Prior to John’s death, the pair were isolating together at the family’s country estate in Nana Glen, New South Wales, with Russell revealing he wanted to be close to his parents John and Joceyln amid the pandemic.
