Rob Kardashian accuses Blac Chyna of ‘attacking him with six foot pole while on cocaine’

Rob Kardashian has accused his ex Blac Chyna of attacking him with ‘a six-foot metal pole’ while under the influence of champagne and cocaine.

The explosive accusations are part of a years-long lawsuit in which Rob, 33, is claiming that Chyna, 31, assaulted him on December 14, 2016.

His latest filing contains new statements as well as excerpts from his declaration, The Blast reports citing legal documents.

Requesting $767,852 in damages, Rob alleged that ‘Based on Chyna’s conduct that night and with full knowledge of her hair-trigger temper, substance abuse, and violent tendencies, Rob believed that Chyna intended to inflict severe injury on him and feared for his life.’

DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for both Rob Kardashian and Black Chyna for comment.

Rob and Chyna share a three-year-old daughter called Dream, who was born on November 10, 2016 and over whom they are engaged in a custody battle separate from the assault lawsuit.

‘Although Chyna did not drink or use drugs while she was pregnant with and breastfeeding Dream, as soon as she stopped breastfeeding dream in the second week of December 2016, she started drinking to excess and using cocaine again,’ Rob alleged in his latest filing in the assault suit.

His documents claim that on December 14, 2016 ‘Chyna participated in a photoshoot at the Hidden Hills house, along with photographers, a makeup artist, a hairstylist, Chyna’s friends, members of her entourage and others.’

Rob alleged further: ‘Chyna consumed large amounts of Moet Rose champagne (her drink of choice) and snorted cocaine.’

According to his account of events Chyna demonstrated ‘increasingly erratic, aggressive and violent behavior as she became more and more intoxicated.’

His filing states that on this date she FaceTimed friends who ‘witnessed Chyna under the influence of drugs and alcohol, holding a bottle of champagne, brandishing a gun toward Rob and acting erratically,’ as well as threatening to shoot.

‘Later in the evening of December 14, 2016, while still under the influence of drugs and alcohol, Chyna came up behind Rob, wrapped an iPhone charger cable tightly around his neck and started to strangle him using her full strength,’ he alleged.

‘As Chyna choked Rob with the charger wrapped tightly around his neck, Rob managed to pull the cable off of his neck and fled to the master bedroom, where he locked the door and tried to avoid any further interactions with Chyna.’

Rob claimed: ‘In the morning hours of December 15, 2016, while still under the influence of drugs and alcohol, Chyna’s violence escalated further, as she pursued Rob into his bedroom, breaking down the locked bedroom doors to reach him, and proceeded to use her firsts and a metal rod to repeatedly strike Rob.’

He asserted in court papers that he called over his mother Kris Jenner’s boyfriend Corey Gamble, who arrived at the house and ‘pulled Chyna off Rob and tried to separate the two, though Chyna continued to beat Rob around the head, face, and back.’

According to Rob’s filing he ‘never fought back against Chyna; instead, he simply tried to shield himself from her physical attack on him,’ and while he was trying to escape the scene in his vehicle she ‘grabbed a chair from the dining room, took it outside and threw it at Rob’s car.’

Rob’s court filings also contain his responses to a recent deposition Chyna gave in which she heavily downplayed the severity of the incident.

While being deposed Chyna pointed out that Rob once said ‘being scratched by a female is probably one of the best things a man could ask for.’

His filing retorted: ‘While Rob may have previously enjoyed when Chyna scratched him in a nonviolent and flirtatious manner, he did not enjoy her violent scratching during the incident of December 15-16, 2016.’

Although she explained she ‘was being her very outgoing, colorful, and joking self with Rob,’ his filing insisted ‘pointing a gun at another person’s head while threatening to kill him is not a joking matter – particularly here, where the gun threats were coupled with strangulation and physical assaults.’

Corey has given his own statement corroborating Rob’s allegations of physical violence by his former fiancee.

‘When I arrived at the house around 7 a.m., shortly after daybreak, I found Chyna in a very agitated state and attacking Rob with her fists. It was clear from her demeanor that she had been up all night on a bender and had not slept. She smelled of alcohol and was drunk and also appeared to be under the influence of drugs,’ he said.

‘I tried to separate Chyna and Rob so that I could help Rob leave the house and get away from Chyna. Chyna did not stop attacking Rob even though I did my best to intervene,’ claimed Corey, whose girlfriend is Rob’s manager as well as his mother.

‘While I helped Rob walk out of the house, Chyna continued to lunge at him and punched him numerous times in the head and face, as well as his back. Rob did not fight back and simply tried to shield himself from Chyna’s physical attack on him.’

Rob first sued Chyna for damages over the alleged 2016 assault in September 2017, including the claims about using ‘a metal rod to injure Rob’ and playing with a gun.

‘Chyna lunged towards Rob with an iPhone charging cable and attempted to strangle Rob with the cord around his neck,’ his suit claimed then.

When he broke free of her grip she ‘chased’ him and ‘repeatedly struck him in the head and face,’ Rob insisted in his lawsuit.

He also alleged that that evening she was ‘carelessly playing with Rob’s gun unaware if the gun was loaded or if the safety was on’ during a FaceTime chat with friends.

In a legal filing reported this February Chyna, whose real name is Angela Renee White, accused Rob of pretending to be much more physically hurt than he was.

She claimed the only genuine pain he underwent was the emotional turmoil of their breakup, TMZ reported citing court documents.

Chyna also argued that the gun incident was a joke in which she pointed the firearm at Rob and said that if he ‘messes up’ she would shoot.

She maintained that everybody involved was aware she was only kidding, and she requested that Rob’s lawsuit be thrown out.
