Romee Strijd goes make-up free as she breastfeeds her daughter Mint in sweet snap

She’s been adjusting to her role as a mother ever since she welcomed her first child with husband Laurens Van Leeuwen in December.

And Romee Strijd proved she’s taking parenthood in her stride as she uploaded a sweet throwback image of herself breastfeeding her daughter Mint, two months, to Instagram over the weekend.

The Victoria’s Secret Angel, 25, looked naturally radiant as she went make-up free while nursing her mini-me, before updating her followers on her baby girl’s first time in the snow.

In the flashback photo, the supermodel flashed a wide smile as Mint rested on her lap. 

The catwalk queen was dressed in a black vest while her tresses were worn in its naturally wavy state. 

Later into the weekend, the blonde enjoyed some playtime with her mini-me as they wrapped up against the chilly weather. 

The new mother coordinated with Mint in cream ensembles as she gave her little one an Eskimo kiss. 

Romee also asked fans if they had any advice on raising children bilingual as she and her model partner Laurens, 30, plan on teaching their kid English and Dutch.

The fashion star gave birth last year after she revealed the couple tried to get pregnant for two years while she was unknowingly battling polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). 

Covering Vogue Netherlands‘ Motherhood Issue, she spoke candidly about her journey, revealing she hopes her battle will inspire other women struggling to conceive. 

The H&M star said that complications from her PCOS, and a strict lifestyle, also meant the Victoria’s Secret model didn’t have a period for seven years. 

Polycystic ovary syndrome is a hormonal disorder causing enlarged ovaries with small cysts on the outer edges. Symptoms include menstrual irregularity, excess hair growth, acne, and obesity. 

Blonde beauty Romee and Laurens married in October 2019 after eight years together.
