This was the sight that greeted locals when a £90million 235ft superyacht owned by billionaire Russian banker Alexander Svetakov parked in Plymouth.
The 2,293-ton Cloudbreak, which boasts six staterooms, a ‘wellness centre’, helipad and an outdoor pool, was seen gliding into the port city in Devon yesterday.
It cruised through Plymouth Sound, near Drake’s Island, before crew docked the huge vessel, which costs £643,796 (€750,000) a week to charter, at Millbay.
Cloudbreak had been spotted in and around Cornwall on Sunday, leaving Falmouth Harbour and heading up an estuary called Carrick Roads, reports Plymouth Live.

The vessel (pictured above, at Millbay in Plymouth) is powered by two Caterpillar marine engines which bring the luxury yacht up to a maximum speed of 15 knots (17mph). Cloudbreak has a cruising speed of 12 knots
The vessel was built by Abeking & Rasmussen, a shipyard near Bremen, Germany, and was delivered in 2016.
It was designed by Espen Øino, a world recognized designer and naval architect who is behind some of the most iconic superyachts.
Christian Liaigre, a French interior designer and architect, is responsible for the sumptuous and striking interior.
Outside, Cloudbreak looks like something a Bond villain would live in – with metallic greys next to striking whites.
Inside, the yacht is opulent with cream furniture, floor to ceiling windows, a massive corner sofa – and a 98.5” TV.
Cloudbreak also has a massage room and a large number of staff, who are currently only allowed off the boat to exercise.

Named after the Fijian surfing reef, as Svetakov is fond of surfing, Cloudbreak has a steel hull and an aluminum superstructure.
Svetakov, 52, is the founder of the Absolut Investment Group and Absolut Bank, the latter of which he sold in 2007 for £760million.
Now, Svetakov is worth around £1.41billion, according to Forbes, has three children, and one ex-wife – Yulia Svetakova.
Alongside Cloudbreaker, Svetakov owns two private jets – a Bombardier Global 5000 and a Bombardier Challenger 500.
He also owns a Bell 429 helicopter which can be seen on the back of Cloudbreaker, where it is permanently based as Svetakov likes to heli-ski.
Cloudbreak can be rented through Superyachts Monaco Worldwide.
The luxury yacht broker states on its website: ‘With Cloudbreak you have an open invitation to enjoy some of the most beautiful places in the world.

The Cloudbreak sleeps up to 12 guests in six rooms, including a master suite, three double cabins and two twin cabins, with further space for 22 crew
Compared to many, its interiors – including this spacious dining area – are more refined and minimalist than over-the-top opulent
‘During the summer, cruise through the Adriatic Sea and visit Croatian islands like Brač, Korčula, or Mljet. To the east lie the Greek Isles, as well as world-renowned Turkish resort cities like Antalya.
‘As months progress, guests can expect a change of scenery with some exotic destinations available, such as the Red Sea or even South-East Asia.’
As part of its description of the vessel, Superyachts Monaco Worldwide adds: ‘When you’re onboard, you have the option to indulge yourself with a selection of beauty treatments, massage, acupuncture, yoga and pilates instruction, or personal training sessions, all delivered by her qualified crew.
‘You’ll find Cloudbreak’s gym is full of equipment, including ballet barre, kinesis, body bikes, a treadmill, free weights, medicine balls, kettlebells, and punch bags. And to top it off, her chef can prepare a tantalising array of health-boosting cuisine.
‘There’s so much more to enjoy on Cloudbreak – like the large pool on the sundeck, or ample space for sunbathing and al fresco dining opportunities.
‘If you want to head indoors, you can watch a screening of your GoPro footage in Cloudbreak’s state-of-the-art cinema room, enjoy drinks in the chalet-inspired saloon, or watch the night sky from her winter garden.’
The 2,293-ton £90m Cloudbreak, which boasts six staterooms, a helipad and an outdoor pool, dwarfed the surrounding boats when it was seen in Falmouth harbour, Cornwall, in November last year
Guests can also take part in ‘heliskiing’ – which is similar to waterskiing but uses the ship’s helicopter (pictured in November last year) rather than a boat
