And Ruth Langsford was spotted having a bit of well-deserved ‘me time’ on Saturday as she went to her local hairdresser in Weybridge.
The TV presenter, 60, who has been itching to get back in the chair, looked laid back in a pair of black linen trousers and a white t-shirt which she teamed with a long black cardigan.

She oozed confidence as she stepped out of the salon with her fresh new hairdo.
Ruth carried a big slouchy DKNY leather bag with her and kept things comfortable n a pair of black trainers.
She beamed as she walked out of the Leo Bancroft salon in the town where she lives with her husband and This Morning co-host, Eamonn Holmes, 60.

She also posted a video of her in the chair at the empty hairdresser and told her fans: ‘Yes I’m finally here. Look I’m the only one here at the moment.
‘Getting these roots done finally.’
Ruth then scraped back her hair to show her followers her roots and said: ‘Look how dark they are getting!’
Late that day she took to Twitter to show off her new colouring with pride. She wrote: ‘DONE!! SO happy to have my blonde back!’

Her beautification outing comes as fans claimed she hasn’t changed a bit after she shared a throwback snap from 19 years ago on her Instagram page yesterday.
Ruth shared a sweet image with her pal Sam Balshaw wearing a chic pink trouser suit while posing at her friend’s son’s christening.
Ruth revealed that the image was taken just a day before she found out she was pregnant with her son Jack, 18, who she shares with husband Eamonn Holmes.

Ruth joked that she could even remember that the suit was from LK Bennett and she had a matching handbag, which her pal Sam always tried to borrow.
She and Eamonn recently made a surprise return to Celebrity Gogglebox on Friday after her husband accused the programme of ‘cruel’ editing.
The Channel 4 show has since apologised after they edited the programme to show Eamonn joking about his wife’s labour rather than a touching story about his father’s death.
The broadcaster revealed they would be re-editing the show for future repeats and catch-up services.
