Ryan Seacrest’s ex girlfriend Shayna Taylor sizzles in a bikini as she frolics on the beach

News that she and her on/off beau Ryan Seacrest split ‘some time ago’ was revealed in June 2020.

And seven months later, Shayna Taylor showed what the 46-year-old television host was missing as she showcased her fit form during a swim in the ocean during her Mexico holiday.

The 28-year-old chef wowed in a tiger print bikini as she frolicked in the water with her friends in the stunning locale of Tulum, Mexico on Thursday afternoon.

The blonde beauty put her flat midriff and her pert derriere on display in a tiny burnt orange and black string bikini; the low-cut rectangular-shaped top highlighted her cleavage, paired with the tie-string bottoms.

She styled the eye-popping look with rings  and layered necklaces, adding sparkling earrings for a pop of glamour to her summer ensemble.

The beautiful chef pulled her blonde hair back into a high bun while opting to go makeup-free, revealing her stunning natural beauty. 

Shayna was seen running into the water grinning ear to ear as the waves splashed her; she then headed back to the beach where she lounged with her pals.

The beauty was also seen enjoying a chat on her smart phone as well as chatting it up with one of her pals in her friends group.

Hours earlier, Shayna shared a snap of herself in the middle of a yoga pose while in her bikini; the pose was a modified handstand with her legs bent in different directions.

In the caption, the chef wrote: ‘Life is a balancing act – a constant juggle between work, relationships, health, happiness… the list goes on and on. We all know how crucial feeling balanced is to our wellbeing, but I want to know: what’s your favorite way to achieve balance?’

She continued: ‘For me, I know it’s about taking breaks. As a culture, we’re led to believe that the “grind” is the easiest way to achieve success. I know that for me to feel productive, I must also rest, relax and recharge. This break is doing just that for me.’ 

Soon after, Shayna posted a photo of herself on a swing tied to a tree; she captioned the ethereal post: ‘When people ask where my favorite place is that I’ve traveled to, I can never decide or even narrow it down – for me, a vacation is extremely successful if I can relax, get my toes back in the dirt or sand, and feel aligned with Mother Nature.’ 

Her beach comes seven months after it was revealed that her and beau Ryan had gone their separate ways for the third time; news of their split came seven years after they first met.

Dailymail.com spoke to a spokesperson in June 2020 who said: ‘Ryan and Shayna decided to end their romantic relationship amicably some time ago. They remain good friends, each other’s biggest supporters and will always cherish their time together as a couple.’

News of their split came at the same time as Ryan was spotted in Cabo San Lucas holding hands with a mystery blonde woman; The woman he was holding hands with resembled Shayna. 

In March 2020, he posted a throwback snap of the two of them to his Instagram as he wished Shayna a happy birthday. 

Ryan and Shayna first met at a restaurant in LA in 2013 before a brief split in 2014; they rekindled their romance and moved in together in 2017 before splitting in February 2019 for the second time. 

They were seen on a yacht together in Positano, Italy in summer 2019 and reconciled by September 2019. 

During an episode of ABC’s Live With Kelly and Ryan last month, Ryan wished Shayna a ‘happy third anniversary’, explaining: ‘It is our third time together… so we’ve gotten together, broken up, gotten together, broken up.’

Kelly teased Ryan saying that it wasn’t really an anniversary, to which Ryan responded: ‘No, it’s an eight-year run, but it’s our third run together. So we celebrate each trial.’

Then Kelly joked further, adding: ‘You know, third time’s a charm!’

Ryan joked that the relationship was like a roller-coaster, explaining: ‘You know, when we drive by an amusement park, I always look at the roller coaster and go, ‘Look, there we are. It’s all definitely upside down loops. It’s no Thunder Mountain, it’s definitely the Mind Bender.” 

Before getting together with Shayna, Ryan enjoyed a two-year romance with Julianne Hough from 2010 to 2013.

He also counts former Playboy Playmate Of The Year Sara Jean Underwood among his former girlfriends. They dated on and off for a couple of years beginning in 2009.

In March 2006, during an appearance on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, Ryan confirmed that he was dating Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher.
