Sam has since told Zane Lowe of Apple Music that they are convinced they have had coronavirus despite not being tested.

The pop act is in lockdown with their sister and said that they both successively experienced COVID-19 symptoms but did not get officially diagnosed.

‘I didn’t get tested but I know I have it, 100% have it. I’m just going to assume that I did because everything I’ve read completely pointed to that,’ Sam insisted.

‘Sending you all buckets full of that cyber love right now. Been reading all your comments and I’m so happy “I’m ready” has brought a smile to your faces at this time,’ Sam wrote on Instagram on Saturday with a selfie.

‘Happy weekend to everyone out there hustling through this. Try and do one thing to lift that spirit today. Whether it’s a little workout or even baking a cake and eating it all to yourself, let’s try and bring those weekend good vibes into this confusing time. Thinking of you all. All the time x’.

Andy tested positive for COVID-19 last month and had to be quarantined away from his one-year-old son Ben, but has since recovered and reunited with his toddler.
