Shay Mitchell has shared an adorable picture of her daughter Atlas, six months.

The You star posted a precious snap of her baby daughter on Wednesday as they cuddled up in bed, joking ‘Day 33, clothing optional.’

The actress, 33, is seen nuzzling up to the infant during a lazy morning in bed, smiling from ear-to-ear.

Shay, who raises Atlas with her boyfriend Matte Babel, showed off her natural beauty in the make-up free picture.

The Pretty Little Liars favourite has just celebrated her 33rd birthday during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Despite not being able to see any of her friends and wider family, the star revealed she was feeling ‘grateful’ for where she is in life.

She also tried her hand at what the ‘youth’ have been up to, filming a Tik Tok video of herself celebrating her birthday.

Shay shared: ‘Even throughout a global pandemic, quarantine, and rain… this is the most grateful I’ve ever felt on a birthday.

‘Stay safe, and stay home. Swipe for the tikitty tok, ticker tok, whatever they call it. #youth’.

The beauty has been poking fun of the internet culture of making the most of quarantine.

Joking she was doing everything at once, Shay posted a picture of herself doing a home workout – while drinking wine.

She wrote: ‘Doing all the things the Internet is telling me to.

‘Stay home, drink, work out in my living room, not wash my hair for a few days…
