Siannise Fudge gives Luke T a haircut before lavishing him with gifts on his 23rd birthday

They’ve been going strong since finding love in the winter series of Love Island earlier this year.

And Love Island’s Siannise Fudge proved just how much she cares for boyfriend Luke Trotman as she shared a gushing tribute to him on his 23rd birthday on Thursday.

The beauty consultant, 25, treated her beau to a haircut before lavishing him with gifts and balloons as they celebrated his big day in lockdown.

Documenting the occasion on Instagram, Luke shared an image of himself getting a fresh trim from his girlfriend, as she stood in for his usual barber. 

The footballer looked somewhat apprehensive as he sported an alarmed expression as Siannise happily wielded the hair clippers. 

And later, it appeared Siannise pulled out all the stops to make Luke’s birthday a special one as she gifted him with a colourful bunch of round balloons.

While she also got him giant silver balloons of the number 23 to mark the occasion.

The beauty also splashed out on a number of gifts for her boyfriend, as she filmed a pile of wrapped presents sitting on the coffee table. 

Luke also shared an image of his girlfriend preparing his birthday treat as she rushed to get out of shot.

Siannise later took the opportunity to share a gushing tribute to her other half as she expressed how much he meant to her. 

Alongside a smiling snap of Luke, she penned: Happy 23rd birthday to my love and my best friend. I hope your day is as lush as you are. 

‘You have such a beautiful soul, you deserve everything and more. Thank you for making me so happy and being the best boyfriend I could ever ask for. I love you.’ 

Last month the duo took a huge step in their relationship as they moved into their first home together. 

The Love Island stars, who finished as runners up on the 2020 series, have moved into a swanky new development in South West London.

The couple of almost four months both shared romantic snaps of themselves standing on their balcony with Siannise admitting the move had left her feeling ‘overwhelmed’.

She wrote: ‘We did it! ✨ Today myself & @luketroytrotman moved into our apartment and we love it.

‘I feel so overwhelmed, this is something I have always wanted and it reminds me of how far we have both come.

‘I’m excited for our next chapter in London and going on lots of adventures with my best friend, I love you ❤️’.

Luke also gushed about taking his relationship with Siannise to the next level, writing: ‘Finally moved in with my big batty gal♥️.’

Siannise took to Instagram Stories and shared some clips of the new abode, including the complex which they now live.

Sharing a clip of the view, she wrote: ‘I can’t believe we now have our own place, it’s perfect. Evening walk with my love.’

She also shared a clip of Luke celebrating moving into the flat by rollerskating around the kitchen before the couple tucked into a pizza.
