And on Monday, her longtime boyfriend Joshua Gross shared a sweet tribute to celebrate the blonde bombshell’s special day.

The businessman, 42, shared a video featuring photos of Sophie from all their travels and events they attended over the past two years.

While there was no hint of an engagement in his message, Joshua kept it short and simple, writing: ‘Happiest of Birthdays my darling… I adore you xxx.’

His tribute comes after Sophie denied speculation that the couple were engaged earlier this month.

The Love Island Australia host insisted she’s not walking down the aisle anytime soon in a series of posts on her Instagram Stories.

Sophie wrote: ‘Promise I’m not engaged… as if I wouldn’t tell you guys straight away,’ she wrote, before adding, ‘Hand on heart… I’m not.’

‘PROMISE I’M NOT. I’d Insta live if I was,’ she added.

According to Woman’s Day, a source close to the couple said they got engaged over the last week of November. 

The report claimed Joshua whisked Sophie away for a romantic trip to Sydney before finally dropping down on one knee.

‘Josh picked up the ring in Sydney last week and then surprised her by popping the question,’ the insider said.
