The former barmaid, 24, uploaded a sizzling selfie to Instagram this weekend featuring her posing in a slinky bandeau bikini top and matching high-waisted bottoms.
The beauty later took to Instagram stories to share her horse-riding session as she kept herself busy during lockdown.

Clearly making the most of her free time, Summer looked amazing in her mirror selfie as she put her taut midriff and slender pins on display.
As she pouted into the camera, she lifted up one side of her bikini bottoms as she posed up a storm for the snap.
Summer piled her auburn tresses into a high ponytail, while she donned little make-up during her time at home.
She later treated her fans to a video of her riding her horse, before she later fed her herd a meal of apples and carrots.

The outing comes after Summer admitted she was ‘besotted’ with Paul Hollywood when their relationship first began but was warned by her mother that relationship could ‘explode’.
Speaking to The Sun’s Fabulous magazine, Summer told how she fell head over heels for Paul when they first began dating in November 2017.
She said: ‘It did move quickly and, yes, I was besotted at the beginning.’

Summer’s mother Sabina had reservations about the 29-year age gap between the couple and had fears from the beginning the relationship would not work.
Sabina said: ‘You’ve got a beautiful young redhead with an older man… the age gap. It was all there. I always knew it would explode.’
While the age gap between Summer and Paul raised eyebrows, the model insisted it never bothered her.

She said: ‘The age gap for me wasn’t a problem. I didn’t really care about it because if you love someone, then age is nothing but a number.’
The couple kept their romance private for a number of months but Summer did receive her families blessing, including from her 12-year-old sister.
Summer admitted she was the victim of cruel online trolls after her relationship with Paul became public, with Sabina telling how she saw a change in her daughter.
However, time heals all wounds and Summer now feels she is back to being the ‘strong chick’ she was a few years ago.
