A urgent search is under way for a missing ten-year-old girl who was last seen leaving her home this morning.

Yasmin Tas was last spotted leaving her house in Hassocks, west Sussex, at around 8.45am today.

Sussex Police have now launched an urgent appeal to the public and are calling on anyone with information to contact them.

Police are searching for ten-year-old Yasmin Tas, from Hassocks, west Sussex, who was last seen this morning

Yasmin is described as 5ft 6inches tall with long dark hair, possibly worn back.

She was last seen wearing glasses, black leggings, black school shoes and a cream hooded top.     

The ten-year-old also has links to Brighton and Hove, Sussex Police said.
