She braved snakes and slime in the I’m A Celebrity jungle last year, but Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle confesses something as ordinary as a soap opera plot can send her into a panic.
‘I have to be careful what I watch – it could send me down a spiral of feeling negative or feeling afraid,’ reveals Nadine, 35.
‘Before I know it, I’m near panic attack… That’s why I don’t watch EastEnders, Coronation Street or any of that stuff.’
