Posing in white lingerie inside a bathroom, the mother-of-two drew the eye to her cleavage, washboard stomach and lean legs.

Tammy ran one manicured hand through her long blonde tresses, and appeared in a playful mood, sticking her tongue out in one of the shots.

The entrepreneur’s makeup was glamorous, as per usual, consisting of defined brows, false lashes, contoured cheekbones and a slick of natural colour on her pout.

Tammy let her sensational figure take centre stage, simply captioning the post with a bunny and white heart emoji.

‘As long as I go at least three times a week, then I’m good. If I don’t have time to go at least three times, then it just stresses me out,’ she said.

‘I work out to keep my sanity, but between three and five workouts is usually what I do.’

Tammy follows a routine of HIIT (high-intensity interval training), weights, resistance training involving booty bands, ab circuits and boxing.
