Tammy Hembrow works out with her four-year-old daughter Saskia in matching activewear

She balances several businesses with her family and her personal activewear brand.

But on Monday, Tammy Hembrow, 26, made motherhood her top priority as she enjoyed quality time with daughter Saskia, four, while they worked out together.

In a series of precious videos shared to Instagram, the duo wore matching white tops and pink shorts as they enjoyed a workout.

‘Working out with my mini me,’ she wrote alongside the video.

Tammy continued: ‘Sass loves watching me workout so whenever I can’t make it to the gym I always try to include her in some way.’

In the first video, Tammy hypes up her daughter and she says in response she is ready for a workout.

 Tammy begins by doing single leg lunges while carrying little Saskia on her back.

In the second, we see the doting mother-of-two doing power jumps while her daughter watched on.

In the third clip, little Saskia watches on while Tammy does sit ups. 

Previously speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Tammy said that not every day is the same, balancing her life in the spotlight with raising Saskia, and son Wolf, five, shared with ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins. 

‘For me, every single day is different. I’ll either have a photo shoot or meetings, or I’ll just have a day off with my kids.’

‘I’m always super busy, but I’ll fit in the gym somewhere usually. I just work around whatever I have going on,’ she said.
