It’s been a month since Locky Gilbert brutally dumped her on The Bachelor.
And now Bella Varelis has dramatically claimed she is grateful the Australian Survivor star ended their relationship, admitting she ‘dodged a massive bullet’ when he chose Irena Srbinovska as his winner instead.
During a YouTube Q&A on Tuesday, the 25-year-old told fans that she was still single and would never consider taking Locky back.

Bella was left shaken during the finale of The Bachelor in September, as Locky ended their romance despite having told her he was falling in love with her.
‘I’m actually really grateful Locky dumped me… and I’m just really excited for life. At the end of the day, I absolutely loved Locky, and I really could see a future with him,’ she said.
‘Every relationship and every person that comes into your life is a lesson, and Locky was just a big lesson for me.’

The marketing manager also confirmed she wasn’t dating anyone, adding: ‘Guys suck. I want to focus on myself at the moment.’
Interestingly, Bella revealed she would have dumped Locky had he chosen her in the finale, arguing that she couldn’t be with someone who was in love with two women.
As fans of the Channel 10 dating show will remember, in the lead-up to the last episode, the 31-year-old had confessed to both Irena and Bella he was falling in love with them.

Bella also gave a solid ‘no’ when asked if she would ever take Locky back in the event of him ending things with Irena.
‘I’m happy for them both and I wish them the best, but I know this just wasn’t suppose to be my happily every after,’ she said.
Locky and Irena, 31, finally moved to Perth earlier this month.
Irena, a nurse from Melbourne, shared the exciting news to Instagram two weeks ago, revealing they had arrived in WA after her travel permit was approved.
