Channel 10 treated viewers to a four-second glimpse of The Bachelor’s eighth season, starring Locklan ‘Locky’ Gilbert, during an ad break on Monday night.
In the blink-and-you’ll-miss-it promo, Locky smiles as he waits at the end of a pathway surrounded by rose petals and prepares to meet the female contestants.
‘This is a whole new adventure and I just can’t wait,’ the former Australian Survivor star, 30, says as two brunettes are shown walking over to him.

One of the women was dressed to impress in a yellow silk dress, while the other wore a thigh-split red gown.
Fireworks were set off as the woman in the red dress made her way down the stone steps towards Locky.
Channel 10 hasn’t announced an airdate for The Bachelor and it’s believed production is still ongoing.

Here come the drums! The second decided to try and leave a lasting impression in a thigh-high slit red gown, while fireworks were let off as she made her way towards him.
The show certainly won’t premiere before the conclusion of Bachelor in Paradise, which is likely to air after the MasterChef finale.
The teaser formed part of the network’s 2020 preview, which also also included snippets from The Masked Singer and The Living Room.
Locky first rose to fame as a contestant on Australian Survivor in 2017.

Endemol Shine was forced to suspend on-site production of The Bachelor in March due to the escalating COVID-19 pandemic.
It’s unclear if filming has resumed, but it’s understood efforts have been made to capture ‘virtual dates’ via Zoom.
