The Bachelorette’s Adam Todd treated onlookers to a shirtless workout at Bondi Icebergs on Thursday morning.
The 24-year-old geologist was spotted exercising with his top off as he made the most of the warm, sunny weather.
Wearing just a pair of black shorts and matching sneakers, the reality star jumped rope against the backdrop of Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach.

His long hair was tied up in a bun at the back of his head as he performed a series of exercises, including lifting a kettle bell.
At one stage, an exhausted-looking Adam stood doubled over with his hands on his knees as he took a moment to catch his breath.
He also leaned over the metal railing, enjoying the view of the beach below.
