But Rosemary Sawtell swapped her novelty costume for a stylish two-piece swimsuit last week as she posed for a rare bikini photo on Instagram.
The 24-year-old explained in the caption that she felt a lot of ‘anxiety’ about posting the snap because she had ‘struggled to accept’ her body for years.

‘I have never felt so much anxiety over posting a photo on here in a long time,’ she began.
‘I always thought I would be the girl who “doesn’t post bikini photos because I never felt the need too” but in reality I struggled to accept my body and the way it looked for many years.’
In the photo, Rosemary looked sensational as she soaked up the sun at the beach.

The reality star was kneeling on a tie-dye towel as she showcased her stunning physique in a blue bikini.
Her long blonde locks styled loosely in beachy waves and she appeared to be wearing minimal makeup for the outing.
Rosemary admitted that she’d ‘struggled with my weight and body confidence’ for years and in the past had been told by others that she was ‘chubby’.

However, the Brisbane native said she was working on ‘being kinder’ to herself in the future.
‘I have a long way to go but I am so proud of myself for being in such a good stage of my self love journey that I have decided to post this photo today,’ she added.
‘This is one of many little steps I will be taking towards being kinder to myself and hopefully becoming more body confident in the future!’
