The Bachelor’s Sam Wood looks almost unrecognisable after weeks of lockdown in Melbourne as he sports long grey hair
Like many people stuck in Melbourne during stage-four lockdown, Sam Wood has been sporting a very relaxed look in recent weeks.
And fans would be forgiven for not recognising the former Bachelor, 40, when he briefly appeared on his step-daughter Eve’s Instagram Story on Sunday afternoon.
The personal trainer, whose Adonis-like physique and slicked-back hair sent hearts aflutter on The Bachelor in 2015, displayed long, grey-streaked hair as he hunched over his phone on the couch.

Sam’s shaggy ‘do was complemented by a rugged beard and moustache.
Sam is currently self-isolating with his wife, Snezana Markoski, 39, and their three children, Charlie, one, Willow, two, and 14-year-old Eve – Snezana’s daughter from a previous relationship.
Last month, the fitness expert spoke to FEMAIL about how people who have gained weight in self-isolation can easily achieve their pre-lockdown figure.

‘Moving your body in some way every day is most important,’ Sam explained.
‘It doesn’t matter how and when – but it is good to mix it up, rather than doing the same workout each day,’ he added.
As for dietary changes, Sam recommended starting the day with a ‘kickstarter smoothie’ comprising almond milk, a coffee shot, banana, rolled oats, chia seeds and vanilla protein powder.

For lunch, he recommended chicken caesar salad with sourdough bread, and for dinner, pan-fried salmon with sweetcorn and avocado salsa.
Lastly, Sam said he likes to take supplements, explaining: ‘At the moment, for me it’s all about good quality protein powder after a workout or in my morning smoothie.
‘With immunity being top of mind at this time of year, I also take vitamin C every morning as a helping hand.’
