A property rebuilt and renovated on the 2017 season of The Block has hit the market.

The five-bedroom abode, called Ellenvale, is located in the Melbourne suburb of Elsternwick, and has an asking price from between $3.4 million to $3.74 million.

Real estate agent Marty Fox told Domain that some of the original furniture from the series is still currently in the home and will likely be part of the sale.

The property includes five spacious and well-designed bedrooms, including an upstairs master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and luxurious ensuite bathroom.

Inside, the hallway leads to a large, open plan family room, which combines the sleek and modern kitchen with the dining and family room.

The back of the home also features an annex building with a two car garage and a mini gym area.

On the second floor of the annex is a one-bedroom studio apartment, kitted out with its own walk-in wardrobe, bathroom and studio area.

The Ellenvale was created by season 13 contestants, Jason Price and Sarah Windebank, who sold the home on the show for $3.007 million.

Real estate agent Marty Fox said that the current owners after selling up because they want to be closer to family in another part of the Victorian capital.  

‘They’ve brought up their kids there, and they’ve absolutely loved it,’ he said.

‘It’s a big house, and it’s in such a good spot with Caulfield Grammar so close by,’ he boasted of the property’s location.

The Ellenvale’s listing comes as the contestants of season 16 of The Block prepare to auction off their newly renovated Brighton properties.
