The sweet post comes just days after the couple revealed they weren’t ruling out adoption, after their first pregnancy with daughter resulted in life-threatening complications.

Speaking to the Courier Mail, Tam said with the chance of her getting sick again, a natural birth ‘is not something to think about lightly’.

Tam welcomed daughter Frankie via an emergency caesarean and risked having a stroke, after doctors discovered she had pre-eclampsia during an arduous labour that resulted 38 hours.

While the couple have often thought about the possibility of welcoming another child, they are not in any rush to do so with Tam’s medical history.

‘It’s not something to think about lightly. Every few months we chat about it more because Frankie asks questions about having a brother or sister,’ Tam revealed.

The bar manager, who has suffered from anxiety and depression, went on to say that at this stage, she can’t fathom a natural birth, and has considered adoption.

‘Mentally I don’t think I can bring myself to do it again, I have a chance of getting sick again and it still affects me to this day. We haven’t ruled out adopting though.’
