The stylish ensembles that launched Masterchef Australia judge Melissa Leong to fashion icon status

She’s gone from a stylish Melbourne hipster to certified fashion icon through her first season judging Masterchef Australia.

Melissa Leong has worn all of the biggest brands during her time on the show, rocking everything from affordable fast fashion to luxury frocks most of us can only dream about.

One of the first looks that caught attention was her bright orange-red Ted Baker mini-dress, which was worn during one of their early outdoor shoots.

Melissa paired the colourful dress with a $39.95 wide-brimmed straw boater hat by Piper, tying the ribbon around her chin for a vintage look.

Melissa and her stylist Charmaine De Pasquale clearly have a love for Ted Baker, styling multiple looks from the designer across the first half of the season.

Embracing 1970s style, Melissa donned a beige Alice McCall jumpsuit worth $495 in late April, which featured large puffed sleeves, a bold collar and a broderie floral design.

Melissa previously told 10Play she loved fans were loving her style and understood she was a multi-faceted person.
